The International Doctoral Conference on Theory and Practice of Music Education traditionally enables doctoral students and their supervisors from the V4 countries to meet and exchange professional experiences. The two-day conference includes an invited lecture on music education research methodology, several workshops, and an evening concert.

    • morning – opening of the conference, conference papers by invited guests, lecture in the field of research methodology in music education
    • afternoon – presentation of doctoral papers in sections, English-speaking section, section Jan Hanuš 110, workshop
    • evening – gala concert in Rudolfinum hall
  • November 22nd program
    • morning – presentation of doctoral papers in sections, workshop

The Faculty of Education is one of the seventeen faculties of Charles University, was established in 1946. Approximately 4,500 students are currently studying at the Faculty of Education. The faculty provides study and practical training of future teachers.

The Baroque Millesim Palace was renovated in 2019. The building of the former aristocratic casino consists of beautiful auditoriums, which have ceilings from the High Baroque, and which have not lost any of their beauty.
